Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and on its way to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is handled by the courier.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@sitwithease.com — we’ll assist you in investigating the issue.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional details from you.

While SitWithEase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to support you and, in certain cases, may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
