For faster processing, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during transit.

An item is considered damaged only if it arrives physically broken or defective. Minor issues with outer packaging (such as dents or creases) do not qualify if the product itself is intact.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@sitwithease.com with a clear photo of the issue.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. However, once shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • External logistics issues

If your shipment is delayed, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking details.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
